Importance of good health:- A healthy life means good health.Good health is a key of human happiness and well – being that contribute significantly to prosperity and wealth and even economic progress. But you do some tips daily for good and healthy lifestyle –

4. Don’t skip breakfast

5. Drink more water stay healthy

Lack of good health:- Due to bad health means many disease can affect your body and mind . Disease is a particular abnormal condition that neagtively affect the structure or function of cell or part of an organism and that is not immediately due to an external injury . Disease are often known to be medical conditions that are associated with specific signs and symptoms. A disease caused by external factors such as pathogens or by internal dysfunction . For example:- Internal dysfunction of the immune system can produce a variety of different disease, including various forms of immune deficiency , hypersensitivity, allergies and autoimmune disorders.
